Add one of the bacterial agents as described above, follow the directions. Add one or two small fish and wait a month, add more fish a week or so apart. I would also recommend quarantining, but it doesn't sound like you are set up for that, so you have to roll the dice. I cycled three tanks this way, from 30g to 150 g, all with the same three fish.
