Maybe theyre resilience, maybe that is not for ever single cichlid, but for the majority that has been my experience. I have seen an oscar torn to shreds by another cichlid to the brink of death. With in 4 days (seriously) you couldn't even tell his was in a fish. Unbelievable to me how they bounce back.

I love the colors! They are some of the prettiest fish out there! I am continually blown away by all the varieties (shape, size, and color). Such a cool fish to keep.
