No Goldies are very fatty full of thiaminase and disease ridden IMO/IME.

Livebearers and cichlids are better live food(after QT)

Just get some New Life Spectrum or Hikari. My former endli use to eat sinking New Life Spectrum and floating Hikari cichlid gold. An endli is a very hardy fish, stop worrying so much. An endli isn't gonna starve to death.

I wasn't worried until I found out she's going to be 3 x the size I thought and she wasn't eating healthy lol
