I want a korean perch bad but I am going to wait a few years before I get one. I know they are available right now but I am not sure the wife wants me to drop 200 on that fish.

Is she your wife or your mother?:nilly:....make sure you're not going to get spanked for posting this.

Dude it's 200 bucks. That's quite a bit of money if your not rolling cash. Makes sense to maybe mention it to your Wife of all people when 200 bucks is gone from the checking account.

Just teller you spent it on hookers.

My wife would slap me around if I didn't atleast ask/let her know I was using it.

So many of these fish are at my local fish stores on a regular basis. I knew I had it well fish-wise, but to hear of a lack of Gold Saum or Giant Gourami seems insane. They're everywhere here.

Same here. GT'S shouldn' t be considered rare.

Was after both Merodontus Tigrinus & Goslinea Playtenum for several yrs.

Been looking & searching 7-8 yrs maybe for the Playtnemum.

Finally got a Tig about 2 yrs ago & the slobbering cat about 3 months ago.

A heck of allot of time, money & research (£750 for the two!!!!):eek:

looking at alot of stuff on the net i think in the US you have much more access to much bigger (and varied) fish im used to buying pretty much everything at an inch long skinny as anything and i cant find a tank over 4-5 ft too easily either! bad times :(. im gonna have to turn to dIY and ordering from the net i think!
