What is the attraction to stingrays?

i liked the look more when i told people i had freshwater rays... most people think there are only salt water rays...

I am not really into rays myself, but that's probably because of their price tag of $1000+ .

Like said already, i like the way when i go to feed them they come up to the front of the tank like puppies.. And there's nothing more peaceful than watching a ray swim through the water.. My wife hated all my fish until i switched to rays.. Now she loves watching them..
