You're missing the point your parents are trying to make though. 90% of the people on this site pay their own rent, buy their own food, etc. Those 90% don't live with their parents. You know the motto:

Exactly! The easiest way to have large tanks...go to college, graduate, get a nice paying job, never marry, never have children. Technically, you can marry, but children can never happen. Haha.
