What is the best bestground for tank ex: black or plants?

I have a background right now that has rocks and plants.....

I have seen some tanks with a black background that look really cool.

What would work best with my tank substrate etc?

I dont care to much for backgrounds with plants and stuff in them. Plain black is the way to go for me.

I think that plants/rocks would look better but it's your tank so you should pick what you like
