What is the Best Electric Gravel Vacuum Cleaner?

I've been considering getting one of these myself. My bottom row of tanks does not allow for much suction using gravity. I need something to help keep the bottom rows as shiny as the top rows.

I hit all the drip tanks with a good vacuum every now and again. Its worth its weight in gold there since they don't get traditional changes.

I've spent a lot more money one way less useful aquarium tools. I use this more than most....
