What Is The Best Food To BUlk Up My JAR???

i have a 9-10 inches jardini and im currently feeding em hikari carnivore sticks chiclid gold, superworm,earthworm,market prawn,and feederfish that i quarantine and freeze dried krill!!! is there any more food that i didnt know that should help to bulk up my"JAR" more... pls reply to this thread.... thanks in advance
 
hikari pellets r awesome. but the best has to be ure feeder fish. they contain pure protein and fat which promotes growth. plus an enzyme they release when they hunt the food also makes them grow apparently
 
btw try not to feed worms (especially live worms) because they are either bacteria infested or they bite ure arowana's insides if the arowana doesnt kill it properly.
 
i used to have a first grade red which died during transportation to my new house (fish guys fault), now i have a jardini and either a golden crossback or bluebased crossback (havent decided)

wow!!! i wish they will legalize asian arowana here in the us so i can get one:)
