What is the biggest fish a Silver Arowana/Redtail can eat?

So what is the largest fish that a Silver Arowana can eat? Say centimeter wise.

Also what is the largest fish that a Redtail Catfish can eat?

don't know what the largest they can eat BUT... once my 20" Silver at my 8" bala shark..

and once my 10" RTC swallowed my 7" pike... So you would be surprised what the rtc will and can consume. If you are planning to get one or already have one.. becareful and make sure the other tank mates are as big or bigger!

Yes, I kind of realized that. Okay let me rephrase the question. What is the biggest fish that can fit in the mouth of a Silver Arowana? Question 2: What is the biggest fish that can fit in the mouth of a Redtail Catfish?

What about Electric Yellow Cichlid (7.8 inch), also what about the Clown Loach (11.8 inch)?

My RTC is 22 inches, he eats an 8" x 2" piece of tilapia every three days and he has eaten a 5" oscar and a 7" asian red tail if he is hungry, and if he can catch them. One of my baby hybrids about 7" ate a 3" blue channel and a 2.5" common pleco.

My aro ~12" doesn't eat pieces of food much bigger than 2.5" but then again I don't give him anything bigger than that.

Surprisingly I witnessed my 9" A. Gar attempt to eat a 2" pacu. He spit him out and as the pacu was trying to swim away as fast as he could one of the baby cats ate him.

I have lost more fish to cats than I thought I would. I was surprised at the size of the fish they would eat.

So now other than my two 8" oscars, middle swimming fish are non existent in my tanks. sadly they all get eaten. I even lost a 3' clown knife to one of the babies.

I am addicted to large carnivorous catfish!

Depends on the indiviualy size of the fish.

Adult redtail will often try to eat fish close to there own size if it isn't to thick to fit in it's mouth.
