Easiest of all is the Boa constrictor's scientific name. It's Boa constrictor.

Probably the first fish name I learnt was Mikrogeophagus ramirezi, easiest would be 'Cichlasoma' salvini.

I don't get how with a name like Astronotus ocellatus they ended up getting called Oscars rather than Astros.
