What is the eel for me if there are any...

Is there a eel that could live in a 30gallon for life? If not could one live in a 100gallon with 2 tiger oscars with plenty of hiding places?

a peacock eel can live in a 30 for life and i use the word "eel" loosely, because they're not true eels.

their larger relatives, the tiretrack eel and fire eel would be fine in your 100 gallon! they get about 28".

Peacock eel. Not really an eel at all, but khuli loaches, they are pretty cool.

So for the 30 gallon a peacock cld live for life. And for the 100gallon with the 2 tiger oscars would the tire track or fire eel not be eaten? I feed the oscars freeze dried krill and ocassional feeders.

I wouldnt put an eel in the 100g cuz you already have a big bio load for that tank.

You could consider rope fish as well. They're cool looking and easy to care for.
