How much would a complete setup of a saltwater 150g tank go for? Need an answer quick. cause I can pick one up for 500.

Just depends on the area your in, but it doesn't sound like a bad deal if everything is in good shape.
Is it full of live rock? If it has nice live rock in it, go for it. Live rock can cost up to $10/pound and in a 150 gallon tank you could end up spending a grand on rock alone. (depending on what kind of setup you are doing)

If it were me I'd buy it for the tank and Fx5 alone. Then sell the livestock to the LFS and the other equipment on craigslist
