What is the growth rate for RedBelly PACU ???

I bought my pacu at the 2 to 2.5 inch mark 2.5 years ago now-
He is easily 24 inches now....

When grown in pond cultures for food thet go from 2" to over 30 lbs in about 4-5 years.

Yeah, watching the ones here grow the reds and blacks grow the fastest... reds slightly faster. Mine went from 6" to well over 30" in less than a year. They got a lot of food and space to make that happen, but they do grow quickly none the less.

Mainly that you have been bumping lots of old threads lately.

To answer your question no, two would not fit in a 300 gallon imo.

FASTER THAN YOU COULD HANDLE!!!!
had mine for about 3 months and it went from 3-4" all the way to 9" and it got sold to my LFS asap. they are worse than oscars with growouts.
