What is the maximum size a fei feng(flagtail) will grow?

You can't see it very clearly, but that tank is a 6'x2'x2' and the Chilli Red is about 18-19'', so I guess the FF on the left must be around 16-17''.

Gosh yur making me want my lil Fei Feng to be dropped at my house already! Awesome! What do yu guys feed yurs? Does it retain its red tail colors till adult hood? Sorry for derailing.
