What is the most accurate thermometer?(Affordable)

I have a few of those stick on the side of the tank thermometers. I also have a glass one that sticks on the glass on the inside. I am just curious what is the most accurate method?

digital there are some half decent ones for under $30
though if your talkin like under $10 prolly go with the stick on ones

I trust the hagen ones for small tanks, but if you have a large tank then I'm not sure

I just got a lab thermometer off eBay works great under $10.

I got a digital one and I like it alot, I can put the probe where choose in the tank and mount my display where I want 20 dollars win/win.

the guy at my LFS sells digi ones for $15 and he swears by them, even uses them in tanks at the shop.

but for like $3 the lcd stick on glass marina ones work good, just stick one at either end. I use the sides instead of front.
