What is the Most Aggressive Aquarium Salt Water Fish?

I'm glad I'm not the only one that's been terrorized by the little red devils

first hand experience ... a fish labeled as the "Sri-Lanka Basslet" or "Vampire Basslet" is actually pseudochromis steenei ... it has the most testosterone for its size than any other fish in the sea ... dont plan on keeping much else with this guy is just plain mean. You can see all the teeth coming out of his mouth as soon as you see it. Active fish though, very curious in behavior ... the only thing i would keep with it if anything would be an undulated triggerfish (extremely aggressive ... but different behavior) or an eel. This is a species best kept single, which is nice because the bright orange color or with a female or two. :headbang2

When I kept saltwater I had a picasso trigger that was a total bad ass. He ate all my fricken snails in the tank and would attack my hand whenever I worked on the tank. I finally had to get rid of him when he got too big and mean for my other fish. Also had a panther grouper that would eat about anything that would fit in its mouth.

You want top preditor in an aquarium then you want the aquarium's white shark research project is a collaborative multi-year study of white sharks off the California coast. They are exhibiting a young white shark so would say that wins hands down:grinyes:
