Very interesting, never seen the red dots on the fins like that

It's a portion of the fin that is red with dots being white, the fin dot pattern is not always prominent but typical among the species, with this one being having them outlined in bright red ...... Check out l Barred Midas where you could faintly see them on his non bright fins.....

For me, this question is like asking who I'd rather Santa put under my tree, a blond girl next door beauty like Jennifer Aniston, or an exotic beautiful brunette like Michaela Coel
And the choice may have a lot to do with life experiences, and familiarity.
At age 22, I may have chosen Jennifer Aniston, but in my current state, Michaela Coel would be my choice.
