yes, because 5 gallons are 16 inches long. Sadly that tank we 2 gallons fish, 1 gallon gravel, and 2 gallons water. Poor Oscar.

Hi,

I saw this really OS tank at AC, and most of his fish died.

I talked to someone who had two Clown Loaches, four Tetras, and a Algae Eater in a five gallon!

this isnt great,but you can be assured the filtration system on this tank is top notch,it is the malawi display tank at the toronto zoo.

I think that mbuna especially fo better when REALLY crowded...the constraining factor is cleanliness of the water (water changes, filtration, etc.)... just don't skip water changes (or have a power outage in the middle of a 100 degree summer day)!

Some of these guys will be moving into my river tank that I am finishing up.
