What is the Pound 4 Pound toughest/nastiest cichlid

IME only when breeding. A lot of CA cichlids like or used to cooler water.
Not sure about African cichlids though.

In cooler waters, from my experience fish are a lot more lazy. Tend to be sluggish and slow. In warm waters they are more active than ever. Aggression however, only works with a few. Jack Dempsey's are nuts in the low 80's, truly live up to there name when kept in warm water.
