What is the ultimate gentle giant?

oscars will NOT and i repeat NOT eat children...... i have 2 and there the biggest wet puppy dogs i can think of or own....

its not that hard to find a bigger wet puppy dog i have one whenever it rains

i think oscars are probably one of the most gentle giants out there. i was able to pet mine and almost take em out of the water. second is probably silver aros.

I have had ones that I raised bite me and draw blood. Probably was trying to "play" tho. They are sometimes hand tame, but they will try to devour any fish they think they can. I have some beautiful Aus Rainbows in with my O and they are looking worse for wear.

Also have to disagree with the GG, I had a tank full and they never attacked any other fish. However they did fight amongst themselves quite often.

mine are the psuedodoras niger, the torkosui(i dunni who its spelled) it is the one i saw kept with tiny tetras, or the mekong giant, they can be kept with 3 inch giant danios!! and they are nearly 7 feet long!!! i disagree with oscar, mine was the meanest fish ever, he died of ich, i am now glad he might have killed my girls(my jds)
