looks like an egg or seed of some sort, any other fish in the tank

also try sitting still in front of the tank for a little while holding food above. when the cardinals come out then sprinkle a few flakes/pellets and remain still until the finish eating

That's the common green bubble algae (most likely valonia), I would just remove it and increase the flow in your tank. As for the cardinals, what kind are they? They should eat in a few days at most and if they don't you can try to coax them with some live brine.

K thanks guys, if they don't eat by tomorrow ill try the method above so nothing seriouse glad to know that one more question when adding corals should I add them after I stock a with fish (not fully obviously) or before?

Agreed. That is what I am seeing as well. Careful pulling it out, be gentle, you don't want those bubbles to explode and send spores of it all over.

I will when I go to my grandpa's Friday again its my "grandpa's" coral tank. I told him to increase the flow on the fan in the tank. And he saying he cardinals are coming out more but still hiding he comes to feed but they are eating the flakes that fall to the floor. The water Params are fine temp is 75F might pick up some Xenia Friday night.

bubble algae. Can be a problem. But like someone said before, remove it (try NOT to pop it) and up your flow.
