What is this ATF?

Is it always true that TATFs always have that yellow/green hue on their bodies when they are small? that's how I IDed it. lol
 
I could be wrong with my id guess but he looks just like the atf I got from eczs bought as vatf.
 
No parted with it long ago but it was a great fish. I wouldn't mind another.
 
Here's some pics of my old TATF at a little under six inches. He was just starting to get stripes. The pics at the bottom with two fish are him with a vittatus that I had. Note the blue fins. It clearly shows the (very minor) differences.
