In the shop it looked like a Convict...but not till i got it home and seen it next to the one i already had and the other that i bought did i realise it looks different.

My money is on T-Bar x Convict :S

Anybody know?

Heres a pic i missed to put on...side by side with a con

I would agree that it is a regular con as the coloration vary so much even from the same brood.

BTW: the top pic you posted is a pretty nice con!

Yeh she is lovely :)

I'm still unsure...these are what make me think differently.

The 'T' on its side
the lack of barring
Different behavior to the other 2
blue fins (you cant see these properly from the photos)

I'm still semi convinced that its a hybrid...as it doesnt seem bright enough to be a T-Bar.

Has anybody got any similar pictures of Convicts that look similar to this?

Also if it is a T-Bar....wont it be a bit weak to hosue with my Cons,Texas and GTs?

The top/first pic looks like an aquarium strain convict ... ie probably a mix of two or three of the differant 'convicts' in the hobby (and all used to be considered one species).

The second species does seem to have some sajica in it. The T-bar is there, and it's the only species that has it. Not sure if it's pure, would need better picks. Right now I'd lean towards no just from the incompleteness of the T-bar, but that could just be the pics.

Heres some better(ish) pics so you can see the colours easier

The last pic looks yellow for some reason...mainly because of plants in the backround i think....plus the flash...the first pic is without flash.

here is a pic of google images of a t-bar that looks similar
