What is this fish?

My cousin Patrick knows nothing about fish and he thinks its an Almond Biscotti Trout. (biscotiius A. troutus) cousin of the Bavarian Cream Filled Pike.

it looks to be a rose orfe (another colour variant that seems more available as time goes by) used to keep em with my native fish, absolutely stunning when they mature ! nice fish
