What is this fish?

I cant really point you to a specific name as so many names have came out since I stopped breeding FH.

But in my opinion:
The stripes resembles those of red terror but it could be a sign of stress considering the fish is dark.
If it is a kamfa, the fish is burnt meaning to say it has been over fed by color enhancing pellets which makes the fish dark.

My fish was bought in Spokane, WA. He/she has been eating Aqueon Color Encahncing Pellets and cubed Hikari brine shrimp and cichlid crisps... It has a small case of what looks like hole in the head... had it when I brought it home and semms to have cleared up slightly but in the pic against the glass with the wafer you can see its left nostril still is elongated a little. Its a tan slit in the pic

This fish is in its own tank with a 5" choc pleco and its always excavating sand and biting the pleco so it does seem a little frustrated... what will help its hole in the head clear up? Never had a fish get this before... not even large oscars I used to have... I will post some more pics of it later

Its not frustrated its being aggressive so its behavior is typical. Yours is very dark because its over black sand and background. Are you sure its HITH and not maybe a scratch from running into something?

Well not exactly but its been there for a month and hasn't changed or healed so I thought that might have been the problem. Could it be that it hasn't healed properly cuz its on his nostril? Fish are pretty resiliant and usually heal back to normal patterns in my experience... or however you wanna say it

That's what I've been doing and its pretty much all cleared up except the one nostril so should get better I guess... that last pic was an older one... the pic where its eating the wafer is most recent... Thanks for your input... I'm hoping this fish looks good when it gets bigger... could it be a red terror x texas as yohan said? Or def a kamfa?
