What is this? How do I treat it? Please help

Well that's it. Plants coming out now. Fish looks much better already with the malachite green and triple sulfa. Day three today. Should I continue treating and water changing for another couple days?

How's the fish behaving? Are they acting and eating normally?

Catfish is acting and looking much better, however he hasn't eaten yet. The other fish are all eating although less than before and seem to be acting normal again.
In regards to h2o2 treatment, I read on one page that a 50-75mg/liter concentration in a continuous flow was recommended for Chanel cats. Another site has a general recommendation of 15mg/liter. Which is a far less dose. Anyone with experience in using this have recommendations or advice?
I've dosed twice with triple sulfa and malachite green. With wc before re dosing. Also brought temp up to 82 from 77 where it usually is.

With the way this is going, I don't see a need for H2O2.

The meds you are using now usually do not kick back your bio-filtration. H2O2 does... or may wipe out all your beneficial bacteria. Hence, I use short-term baths with H2O2, not in tank. And even that I've done only a couple of times, long ago, don't remember the dose. My kill-all med of choice is potassium permanganate.
