What is this on my Festae?

When my Blue Dolphin cichlids had Hole-in-the-head disease, there was an "ooze" that came out, looked like a pimple (similar to yours). After the ooze was gone it left a hole.
Anyways, just thought it had similarities. I hope someone ca figure it out. I really want to know what it is.

I know lymphocytes is cyst on the fins but to me that seems its on the edges of the fins and not just on the rays. The cyst are 1-2mm. Water is good. They eat and act normal.
