the paroon activity is getting low and he doesn't eat !!!

this on his head is getting bigger and bigger and there is another one in the other side !! also his
moustache under his mouth i don't know what they called fell one by one and there is some red colour near his gills

plzzzz help me i don't wanna lose him !!

does he have tank mates? One might have bit him and it got infected. Aquarium salt and frequent water changes should fix it.

its not an abrasion

tank mates are another paroon in the same size and an 20" clarais catfish !!

the paroon doesn't eat any thing now and its getting really bad i think he bleed from his grills !! its just a bad deaseas i don't know what is it !!!'

All of these symptoms you are describing are symptoms of a high ammonia level. The redness on the gills and even the white spots. Test your water and see what it says then do a large water.

ammonia are zero and nitret zero nitrate are 45ppm !!!

the water are very clean i have 5 filters 2 upper fillters with carbon and bio balls and 1 3000l/h external filter and 2 1600l/h spoung filter !!

Are the water parameters measured using those electronic testers you told us about? IIRC, you didn't know the units. Or have you gotten a reliable liquid test kit as advised before here http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?548608-i-did-a-mistake&highlight=did+mistake ?

If not ammonia burn, it may be a flesh-eating bacteria or some such. The treatment I'd recommend is Erythromycin.

Please, understand that people who know your story and how you have ~6' worth of fish in a 150 gal tank, will never believe that you have no ammonia and nitrite issues unless you get the kit that was recommended to you and use it right and show us the results.

BTW, 45 ppm nitrate is too much too. It should be kept below 20 ppm, better yet under 10 ppm. But again, this is all based on the good liquid test kits we all use and not on your electronic test kit that we have no idea about.

not liquid and electro !! i took a sample of water to some friend in a fish store and he do it for me !!
now there is now help for me the fish is about to die :)
