What is this stuff at the top of my tank

I have no idea what this is I check my ph and stuff every thing is good other than nitrate(no3) it was at 20 I use tap water declorinated of corse I know the water is high I. Calcium or something similar because I have deposits for on tank and on filter

Probably a bit of a protein film too. Which is...Just...A film of proteins from...Well...Having a warm soup of animals, food and waste.

How can I get rid of it

More surface agitation. Better filtration, less feeding. It's kind of a fact of life with aquariums.
