I agree with Killerfish, its a botia kubotai aka Polkadot loach, all four of mine looked the same at that size...........

Also I bought mine at Petware House for $3.95, they were calling them Yo-Yo loaches.....................I

Botia histrionica B. kubotai, B. almorhae, and B. rostrata.
