There is something very disturbing about that image.

I think partly because it appears to be male and its in a vulnerable position...nursing!

I could write pages about how art doesn't have to show any conventional beauty to be good. Suffice it to say, it's not the artist's job to cater to the uncultured and the tasteless, nor is it the artist's fault if you lack the ability to appreciate the artistic value of a piece, whether you actually enjoy the experience or not.

Understood, however, no body is saying its not 'good' most are saying they personally don't like it...and theyre free to say what they like whether they think its amazing or a bunch of crap

Because they don't like it theyre being tastless? Maybe you need to respect peoples own personal tastes aswell as the artists rather than just calling them for disliking a piece..

I will say its interesting, has shock value, and is done very well...but I don't like it, and I'm not tasteless..
