Also that Channa I dont think is still around... I believe it got eaten, and its not his, its his gulper cat's I believe (Dookie/Chomper said that his gulper cat ate a Channa Lucia some time ago).

yes, i thought i heard a story about something like that sometime ago?... :confused:

I do not know, maybe it is a Parachanna insignis, I can't find a good picture, the couple I dia find are too small.
Doesn't the P.obscura have a very distinct horizontal line across it's eye, includine iris coloration?

Guppy, it's been confirmed that the fish in the pic is C. lucia. I am not certain about the P. insignis/obscura eye thing though??... but here is P. obscura. :)
 
its a PARACHANNA INSIGNIS. i'm 100% sure of that. its not an OBSCURA because it doesnt have the triangle shaped pattern at its peduncle. great pet bro, really hard to come by. not as common in the trade as the obscura. hope you treat him with TLC. PEACE OUT!!!
