i have these on my koi u just take the fish gently out of the water and lightly take of the parisites

Argulus fish lice, since there are only acouple the easiest way to get rid of them is with a pair of forceps, like fishofdoom says catch your fish and gently remove the parasite. Pull firmly and steadily straight back away from the head end of the argulus so as not to leave mouth parts behind, watch the wound for a couple days for signs of infection.
