Agreed. Not a lot of blue in it, but looks like a JD.

Is it possible for a JD to breed with a Jag? It is colored more like a JD but shaped like a jag.

I've never seen a JD with such dull coloration, but that's what it looks like to me, as well. It almost looks like it could be a JD x convict hybrid...
