For Parrots, normally it is the male that is 99% sterile. Female Parrots lays egg normally and most of the time, people pair them with Green Texas to have a Red Texas. They also pair with Flowerhorn, Synspilum, Bifasciatus or the Amphilophus family. As for your fish, it is beautiful. Hope it maintains its color.
 
Appreciate the advice and compliments. I'm not much of a fan of "unnatural" beauty either but I had to have her when I walked in lol
