Is he WC? Anchor worms are pretty common with freshly imported bichirs.

Gonna look up anchor worms now.

Its in qt i always treat with parasite gaurd. Been treating for 2 days

If that is what it is you'll have to physically pull it out. I would wait for more experienced people to reply, but if it is the case, its not too big a deal.

Its really not a big deal, just set him in a shallow container and pull them out with tweezers. Watch for any inflammation/redness afterwards.

If I remember anchor worms correctly, that isn't an anchor worm. It looks like a parasite though, so I'd get some prazi pro or something, and dose it, then monitor it over the past couple. Whatever it is though, it doesn't seem like a big deal.
