He's also kinda having seizures or some serious shakes from time to time in the last day since it appeared.
Looks like maybe other fish attacked it? It doesn't seem bad yet, but if not treated a fungal infection will take place really soon... As of the "seizures" you're talking about, that's a normal behavior when there's an injury or an itch in the body. Oh and BTW, I don't know if you're already aware that's a female... In case you were expecting any colors to pop up soon, don't.
GT's tend to tremble and head shake to display to others, its not a seizure
That's what I was thinking. It looks like a breeding tube and the head shaking is what they do when they want to breed and lay eggs.
Looks like HE has rectal prolapse. Don't green terror males look like that more colorful than the female?
