Never heard of an ascarid but in my old thread that I posted about the thing Oddball identfied it as a nematode.looks like some type of ascarid perhaps

ascarids are roundworms, but roundworms consist of dozens, maybe hundreds of species......nematodes I believe are pretty similar or in the same family - i'll have to check, but I think nematodes are usually found in the fish's muscles and tissueNever heard of an ascarid but in my old thread that I posted about the thing Oddball identfied it as a nematode.
The op has not posted an answer yet but I do not see any legs on his creature.I thought I saw a glimpse of some in the first photo but a milipede's legs are not hard to see.
