Yeah I'll have to get a new one. I really with this one would have worked. It would be helpful while transporting fish.

It should be really simple, I can't see where the wiring is going, but I'd imagine that would be really straight forward. Is the red wire off the motor to the right going to a switch or something? Might be a failed switch, should be easy to jumper a battery straight to the motor or bypass the switch to confirm if that's working.

Also...Uhh...I assume you replaced the batteries? Obvious, but I don't see any mention of that. :P
