Injury or parasites? The Orinocodoris are in with all my raph's with more than enough bamboo tube hides. I did a week of paraguard when I first got them.

Meds on hand are prazipro, paraguard, polyguard and kanaplex I do have salt as well.

Not sure. Thought it was a cyst but your second pic looks like something inside like a parasite. Not sure if any of the meds work. Maybe levamisole or febendazole. If it was me….I’d anesthetize and take a scalpal to it. Have forsceps ready to extract. That’s just me.

Not a surgeon but take care of adults and perform small procedures in office. I have access to some equipment.

A few drops at a time in a gallon. Watch the gills for slowing and eventually stopping. Have a bucket of regular water ready to put the fish back in to revive. Did it to my Senegalus and was fine.

The patient is out of surgery and in recovery. Seems to have worn of the clove oil. Swimming normally. I removed the entire skin sack so there is now a round patch of missing skin. I will dose paraguard for the next week and see what happens.
Removed parasites.

Great job! The prazipro won’t work as it looks like round nematode. Would dose some levamisole if able to get it.
