what is up with this fish's coloring?

Is this hormoned induced, fake, or just one of the most natural beautiful fish someone happen to have? Ide assume a redhead but none like ive ever seen.

its a real fish, not a red head. but im not really sure what kind it is. stunning fish tho.

Not a redhead, not even a Geophagus. It's a Satanoperca leucosticta or one of it's undescribed look a likes. It is a very nice strain though, most don't like quite this good.
