what is ur favorite fw fish to catch?

I agree, best tasting fish. But I would rather catch a big pike, Bass, or Bowfin.

I caught a 50" Sturgeon on the Rainy River (Canadian Border) last year. Must have been over 40 lbs. That was a fun fish to catch (and release of course).
My arms were absolutely cooked! Maybe I'll post a pic tomorrow...
