i think you would be fine, too. do you still have my number? i might be heading down that way tomorrow, too (maybe monday after work), to pick up a sponge filter and an albino sen.
P.H of 7.5 doesn't sound bad sounds about right
my delhezi is growing out in a 10 gallon hopefully it will grow fast did any of you see a delhezi with good markings i didn't see any with good stripes just a few black spots and such
also you'd most likely have better luck if they were wild cought i think those are all captive breed could be why there dyeing so eazy

no, none of them seemed to have nice stripes as you said. Angler and I went back there today and I picked up an albino sen and he also got one along w/ a del. we were both tempted to try another endli, but decided against it. I'm going to wait till I find one somewhere else and hope it's a little bigger. we'll see how the sens do since they were in the same tank as the endlis.
so far, the albino is doing great. it's very active already and I'm pretty sure it will eat when I feed them a little later.
thats the thing with poly patterns what you see is what you get they don't change much as they grow
Forgot to ask did anybody see a paratilapia there they had alot of african cichlids i didn't pay much attention to i was looking for SA/CA cichlids and they didn't have very many
Also i think i've asked you guys this before but do you know of a good cichlid store mikes doesn't have much any more and i don't think hes getting any new fish

I fed some bloodworms tonight, and the Albino ate. I think the Del ate, but I could not tell for sure.

I did not see any paratilapia there. Fish Palace is a good place to look for cichlids. I don't remember all the cichlids they had, but they had Red Terrors and Dovii.
