Hi.

According to a couple of threads on AC they are a mutant hybrid called lionfish or lionhead arowanas. They are born this way and live long healthy lives.

You could improve the picture though.. add a Little Santa hat and a "Ho Ho Ho". He will be the merriest Aro in all the lands.
