What is wrong with my Discus's eye????

He was fine yesterday and now he looks like this! I haven't added any new fish! How can I fix it? I also have stingrays so any chemicals have to be safe for them too. Please help! Thanks Jamie

I do a 50% water change once a week. I just got back from the lfs and bought Maracyn-TC it is for popeye. Has anyone ever used it?
 
Cloudy eyes are from excessive ammonia in the water. The water needs to be changed in higher volumes more often. High ammonia can kill a fish.
Stop feeding and start changing water until the ammonia is zero is the solution to the problem.

MELAFIX seems to work well, gentle, and easy to use. Add a little Aquarium Salt as well.

Do you know if the melafix is ok to use with stingrays? I do feed a lot but I also test my water a lot and my ammonia is almost always zero.
