i feed mine hikari food sticks and chiclid gold, feeders that i quarantine ,earthworms,superworms frezze dried krill that i soak in vitachem ,fillet salmon skin included and market shrimp shell included also... twice a week i inject the feeders or the earthworm with vitamins b-4 i feed it to my"JAR" and he/she grow's really quick and such a young age you can see the color and shine of his/her scales...
