Sid doesn't seem to mind one bit. I got him from an Lfs that had him in a smaller, partitioned tank for a almost a year. No one would buy him because he would kill any other fish in the tank. He is a serious glass banger. The tank is 30g, and is plumbed along with the tank below it. I change the water weekly, and monitor it closely. He is in a classroom at the school I work at and gets to interact with students every day. Sid is a minor celebrity on campus and eats like a king.

Hes about 7 years old now and lives solo, I got him from a petsmarts here in Vegas and hes sterile. Hes now exactly 13.5''.
