After seeing the dolphin show at the baltimore aquarium...Dolphin Trainer is probably one of the best jobs out there...
But as far as a dream job...i'd say "investor"...let my money do the work for me so I could pursue other more enjoyable, less lucrative pursuits like travel, MONSTER FISH KEEPING, etc....
