What is your dream native fish

Spotted bullhead! I can catch browns, blacks and yellows all day but they don't have spotted where I'm at. Would love to give a bunch of them a nice tank to themselves.

I plan to happily house every one of these someday. I'm 17 and in less than a year (7 months to be exact) I've upgraded from a 10 gallon to a 75 to a 125. At this rate, I'll have a MONSTER setup soon enough that can house any and all badass natives. I've certainly found my passion in this and I'd love to pursue something with the DNR for a career, but I don't know anything about it, and I don't think the state pays well enough to enable me to get my monster dream setup. Anybody have any ideas?

Freshwater drum, but I don't plan on visiting a state where these can be caught.
